About GCC Pulse™

We're a global storytelling media platform focused on the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem . We are building a strong media, events, and leadership community platform around one of the most talked-about and fastest-growing areas in the global business landscape.

The Role

We are looking for an independent, proactive, and highly organised Events & Community Manager to own GCC Pulse's events and community initiatives.

You will manage roundtables, webinars, leadership events, networking programs, and community initiatives from planning through execution and post-event engagement, while building relationships with GCC leaders and other key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Own event planning and execution, including speakers, participants, logistics, partners, and follow-up
  • Build and engage relationships with GCC leaders and professionals
  • Manage and grow community initiatives and member engagement
  • Coordinate with sponsors, partners, venues, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to create content opportunities around events
  • Develop and execute new event and community ideas
  • Maintain relevant databases, calendars, trackers, and reports

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in events, community, media, publishing, conferences, B2B marketing, or a related field
  • Candidates from a similar industry / field will be given preference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and execution abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and business leaders
  • Independent, self-driven and accountable , with a strong sense of ownership
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
  • Comfortable using new-age productivity, AI and digital tools to work smarter and improve execution
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, databases and digital community tools ; able to maintain organised stakeholder and member information
  • Strong ability to connect the dots across people, conversations, data, content and opportunities, and turn observations into actionable ideas
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can move quickly and everyone is expected to contribute

Job Location

The role is based out of our Hebbal, Bengaluru office .

Applicants should ideally reside within a 5 km radius of the office and be comfortable working from the office regularly.
