We’re Hiring – Admin Manager, Polyón Industries (BEST WOOD) Manufacturer of PVC Foam Boards, WPC Boards & Laminated Boards Location: Mundur Industrial Area, Thrissur, Kerala Position: Admin Manager Joining: Immediate Salary: ₹35,000/- per month (Negotiable based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site About the Role We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and workforce coordination at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and staff-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate staff and supervisors . Monitor and oversee day-to-day administrative activities . Coordinate with teams involved in production, procurement, and supply . Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments . Handle administrative planning and operational coordination . Support effective workforce management and workplace discipline . Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations. Identify administrative or operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions. Candidate Profile Previous experience in administration, staff management, or workforce coordination is required. Strong experience in supervising and coordinating staff and supervisors . Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, defence, security, or other structured work environments is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills . Ability to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, supply, and administrative teams . Experience managing teams and maintaining an efficient, disciplined work environment. 5 years of relevant administrative or supervisory experience is preferred.
