Job Title: Project Manager

Durations: Full-Time

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines and ensure efficient project execution, with accountability.

• Develop project execution plans for safety, project staffing, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives, applying your leadership skills to manage client and internal changes.

• Manage the production of estimates (including trending), engineering deliverables, procurement of engineered equipment and bulk materials, during FEED and DED.

• Encourage and implement successful workshare execution for all engineering and procurement scopes.

• Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature judgement in anticipating risks and mitigating those risks.

• Provide feedback to department managers for project team members, as appropriate.

• Mentor PE's and PM's to assist with their career development.

• Participate in organizational improvement initiatives as needed.

• Ensure the project review process and other quality control guidelines are followed.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing client personnel, particular at executive levels, but also at all levels of management.

• Support continuous improvement of project management execution systems, work processes and procedures.

• Major EP Project Management

• Refining, Chemical, or Petrochemical Project Experience

• Multi-Discipline Engineering Leadership

• Project Planning, Budgeting, and Scheduling

• FEED and Detailed Engineering Design (DED)

• Procurement and Subcontractor Management

• Risk Management and Mitigation

Priority 2 – Preferred

• Engineering deliverables and cost estimates

• Workshare execution across multiple offices

• Project controls and quality reviews

• Client and executive-level relationship management

• Team leadership and mentoring PE/PM staff

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Chemical Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Instrumentation & Control Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Experience managing major EP projects

• Experience in refining, chemical, or petrochemical industries
