Certified Medication Aide

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support residents in our Texas skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you will safely administer medications under nurse supervision, monitor and report resident responses, and accurately document all treatments. You’ll also assist with daily living activities, promote comfort and dignity, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Working within a faith- and values-based, team-focused culture, you’ll help deliver person-centered care that enhances each resident’s quality of life and recovery while growing your clinical skills.
