BELLA Fine Goods and AZADI Fine Rugs is a family-run luxury company with galleries in Scottsdale, Sedona, Jackson Hole, Telluride, and Sun Valley.
Our BELLA Fine Goods gallery is nestled in Talquepaque among the breathtaking red rocks of Sedona, a destination celebrated for its natural beauty, spiritual energy, and artistic inspiration. With a vibrant atmosphere, high foot traffic, and visitors from around the world, our gallery offers an exciting, fast-paced environment featuring an exceptional collection of fine jewelry, home furnishings, and fine art. We are seeking a full-time Luxury Sales Professional to join our team.

Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone with experience in high-end home furnishings OR fine jewelry OR fine art OR a comparable sales environment who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and creating exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate is:Outgoing, energetic, personable, and confidentA strong team player with a positive, can-do attitudeSelf-motivated, creative, and comfortable taking initiativeThrives in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment and enjoys engaging with a diverse clienteleSkilled at building relationships with clients and interior designersA strong verbal and written communicatorComfortable with technology and naturally interested in color and design
ExperienceMinimum 1 year of proven sales experienceExperience in fine jewelry OR high-end home furnishings OR fine art OR a comparable luxury environment preferred
ResponsibilitiesLearn to assist clients and interior designers with fine jewelry, furnishings, and fine artWelcome and engage with gallery visitors, creating memorable experiences in a high-traffic environmentBuild meaningful, long-term client relationshipsFollow up with existing and prospective clientsNetwork within the community and develop new relationshipsCollaborate with the team to achieve gallery goalsMaintain a welcoming, polished, and professional gallery experience
