iCareManager, LLC. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to take ownership of emrgen.ai, its codebase, cloud, and AI components. You will audit architecture, security, data handling, and model behavior, then deliver a plan to improve and rebuild where needed.

You will lead documentation handover with the vendor and collaborate with the CPO and Pakistan team. You will build guardrails, ensure clinician-reviewed notes, and connect to the broader iCareManager platform while aligning with Medicaid rules.
