CarePartners seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate home-based care across our Connecticut service area. You will provide skilled nursing visits, manage complex care plans, perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families. As part of a collaborative, patient-centered team, you’ll float to support census needs, ensuring continuity of care.
