The role involves counselling Indian nurses and working professionals about international career opportunities, including nursing opportunities in Germany and caregiving career programs in Japan , while also promoting relevant German language training programs . Key Responsibilities: • Connect with and counsel nurses regarding career opportunities in Germany. • Guide candidates about the benefits of working abroad, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability. • Promote German language training programs required for overseas career opportunities. • Counsel working professionals interested in building a career in Japan through caregiving programs. • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings. • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools. • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. • Coordinate with operations and training teams throughout the candidate journey.
