Job OverviewWe're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support a sales and coaching team during a high-volume period. This role is a mix of outbound appointment setting, administrative work, and customer service. It requires comfort with a high call volume, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established workflows across multiple systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling (approximately 85 calls per day)Work primarily from database leads, including re-engagement and follow-up outreach, along with some inbound web leadsContact individuals who have attended events or purchased other offerings to introduce available coaching servicesEnter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal systemsHandle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and daily sales support activitiesAssist with onboarding new coaches and provide coach support via SlackRespond professionally to inquiries and ensure clear, timely communicationSupport additional administrative or sales support tasks as needed
Qualifications1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar roleComfortable with high outbound call volume and structured appointment-setting workStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systemsAbility to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistencyMotivated self-starter who can manage assigned workload and take on additional responsibilities when available
