HR Executive / HR Manager - Founder's Office

About Weldots We are a Delhi-based D2C company running four consumer brands: Bugario - Fastest Growing Women's Innerwear Brand Auriglo - premium Apple Watch cases and accessories, also listed on Tata CLiQ Luxury and AJIO Luxe Weldots - our legacy Face Mask brand We source from India and abroad and sell through our own websites and leading marketplaces. Our office is in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. About the role This is roughly 70% HR and 30% founder support . We are looking for someone who can own HR independently , not assist with it. On the HR side you will run end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers), day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, exits), employee relations, and statutory compliance. On the founder's office side you will process coordination, follow-ups across teams, and keep projects moving. You will report directly to the founder. On a team this size, what you build is visible immediately. What we are looking for 2-3 years in HR, including at least 1 year owning recruitment end-to-end Comfortable running HR operations on your own - there is no existing HR team to lean on Working knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, payroll inputs) Strong spoken and written English and Hindi Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills - you will build and maintain trackers Able to commute daily to Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi The details Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi - in office Days: Monday to Saturday, (2nd, 4th Saturday halfday) Immediate joiners preferred If your experience is strong but sits slightly outside the above, apply anyway and tell us why.
