Location: Medford or Coos Bay, ORSalary: $120,000–$155,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys technical leadership, client interaction, project management, and mentoring junior engineers.
What You'll DoLead municipal infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement projectsDesign and oversee water, wastewater, stormwater, treatment, pump station, and storage systemsTroubleshoot infrastructure operations and develop improvement plansManage subcontractors, contractors, bidding, construction oversight, and project closeoutSupport clients with funding sources and funding applicationsServe as a technical authority and mentor junior engineersGuide utility providers in modernizing aging infrastructureManage project delivery and client expectations
What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldPE registration in Oregon or ability to obtain within 1 year15+ years of municipal infrastructure experienceStrong water and wastewater engineering backgroundExperience with infrastructure rehabilitation and utility coordinationStrong technical and field experienceExcellent communication and client-facing skillsLeadership and mentoring experience
