Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Finance and Operations Analyst. The responsibility includes analyzing financial data, assisting in accounting and budgeting processes, and streamlining operational workflows. The role also involves coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth business operations and providing insights to enhance financial performance and efficiency. Regular reporting, problem-solving, and maintaining financial records are integral parts of the role.
Finance & Accounting
Monthly P& L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow preparation and maintenance Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts management (Tally / Zoho Books / Quick Books) Vendor payments, bill processing, and payment follow-ups GST filing coordination with CA — input credit reconciliation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B TDS deduction and deposit — salaries, vendor payments Bank reconciliation — daily and monthly Petty cash and expense management Payroll processing — salary disbursement, PF, professional tax Liaison with CA and auditors for compliance and annual filingInventory & Operations
Inventory tracking — SKU-wise opening stock, inward, sales, returns, closing stock Coordination with suppliers for purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tracking Reconciliation of inventory with Shopify, Shiprocket, and warehouse records Flagging reorder triggers and maintaining days-of-inventory dashboard Return and RTO reconciliation — tracking reverse logistics and restockingAnalytics & Reporting
Monthly management reporting deck — P& L, CM1/CM2/CM3, unit economics, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV Shopify analytics — sessions, conversion rate, geography, traffic source, device, top SKUs Shiprocket analytics — order fulfilment rate, RTO rate, SLA adherence, courier performance Go Kwik analytics — COD conversion, RTO reduction metrics, buyer behaviour Weekly KPI dashboard shared with founders every Friday Ad hoc analysis on pricing, margins, discounts, and channel performanceQualifications Must have experience of working on platforms like Shopify, Go kwik , Shiprocket Must have experience in a D2 C space 4 years of experience in Finance, accounting and business ops Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making Expertise in Finance and Accounting, including budget management and financial reporting Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Experience in Customer Service for fostering internal and external relationships Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus Prior experience in operations and financial analysis is advantageous
