LPN Acute Care Rehabilitation

UCHealth is seeking an LPN for our Acute Care Rehabilitation unit to deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a collaborative hospital environment. In this role, you’ll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery by administering medications, monitoring status, assisting with mobility and ADLs, and reinforcing therapy goals. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
