We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager to lead the architectural design function across premium residential, commercial, and retail developments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept development to project completion.
• Develop innovative design solutions for residential, commercial, and retail projects.
• Manage and mentor architects, consultants, and internal design teams.
• Ensure architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, renderings, and presentations meet quality and design standards.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive design reviews, consultant coordination, and stakeholder presentations.
• Establish and implement design standards and sustainable design practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal quality standards, and project requirements.
• Introduce modern architectural trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable solutions across projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 10–15 years of experience in architectural design and design management.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or retail developments .
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other architectural software .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
