This individual will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting proprietary internal business applications used across the organization. Approximately 70% of the role will be focused on software development and application maintenance, while 30% will involve troubleshooting, user support, and technical issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications

Work across a variety of technologies including C#, .NET, Blazor, WinForms, Android, and REST APIs

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues

Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects

Perform data analysis and create ad hoc reports

Provide end-user support for internally developed applications

Assist with hardware and third-party software troubleshooting as needed

Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing application support

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of professional software development experience

Strong experience with C# and .NET (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 8+)

Experience developing and supporting desktop or web-based applications

Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, stored procedures, views, and Entity Framework

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or consuming REST APIs

Experience with Blazor

Experience with Android development

Knowledge of IIS, Microsoft Office, RDP, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio

Experience with Git version control

Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
