Role Summary:

The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets.

Position: Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team and support the school’s admission and enrolment process.

Responsibilities:

· Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.

· Counsel prospective parents and provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.

· Conduct school tours and coordinate with prospective parents to ensure a positive admission experience.

· Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert prospective leads into admissions.

· Maintain accurate admission data and update enquiry and admission trackers.

· Coordinate with the school team to ensure smooth completion of the admission process.

· Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.

· Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Graduate or postgraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.

· Prior experience of 2–3 years in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

· Strong counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and experience in handling CRM, Zoho or admission management systems will be an added advantage.

· Candidates should be proactive, confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
