Head of Project Management Office

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and establish project governance, execution methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization. Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Develop project execution strategies, project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans. Drive cross-functional collaboration between Business analysts, Electrical, Control Automation, Software Development, Digital Automation, Procurement, and Commissioning teams. Monitor project performance through KPIs, MIS reports, dashboards, risk registers, and executive reviews.
