Strategic Personal Assistant to the Founder and CEO

I am looking for one person to run the inside of my world so I can run the outside of it. Three businesses, one family, often colliding in the same hour. Your job is to make sure they never collide on me.

If you want a calm desk and clean hours, this is not it.

What you would actually be walking into

I am the CEO of Ecavo, a Prayagraj-born FMCG spice brand doing INR 250 Cr plus, feeding 10 lakh plus families, ranked #1 on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart, FSSC 22000 certified, no preservatives, no additives. I also run a solar energy business that supplies Pepsi and Coca-Cola, and I am building a Taj-branded hotel and mall here in Prayagraj.

You will own my calendar, my travel, my correspondence, and the coordination between every one of these ventures. You will sit in the room for the founder meetings, the distributor fights, the quick-commerce launches, and the investor calls. Most EA roles end at the desk. This one does not.

This is a 3 to 5 year partnership. It is not a 9-to-5 and it is not a stepping stone. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, crisis-mode responsiveness. I move fast and you keep up, or this does not work.

Do NOT apply if

• You have not reported directly to a Founder, CEO, MD, or C-level executive for at least 18 months

• You are a receptionist, front-desk, telecaller, or back-office admin trying to switch lanes

• You cannot be in Prayagraj full-time

• Your notice period runs past 15 days with zero flexibility

• You need someone watching over your shoulder

• You job-hop every 12 months and have no intention of staying

What you will own

• My calendar and time. Meetings, calls, travel, factory visits, meals, buffers. Zero conflicts, zero missed events. You guard my hours aggressively and you say no on my behalf.

• Travel, end to end. Domestic and international. Business-class flights, Marriott Bonvoy, visas, lounges, transfers, the 72h / 48h / 24h pre-travel checklist. Plus wardrobe, packing, and lifestyle logistics so I just show up.

• Correspondence. Screen and draft Whats App, email, and calls. Reply in my voice when I authorize it.

• Cross-business coordination. Distributor escalations across Allahabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and Gorakhpur. Quick-commerce category managers. The Meja solar farm. Hotel contractors. Pepsi and Coca-Cola follow-ups. Family. Often all before lunch.

• Financial and investment ops. Track communications with my Chief Financial Advisor, broker and CA handoffs, earnings-call reminders, tax-doc coordination, clean document organization.

• Intelligence and briefs. Turn daily meeting transcripts into action lists and next steps. Run vendor, hotel and market research into decision-ready summaries. Agendas in, decisions out. You live in modern AI tools and Google Workspace as a daily driver, not a novelty.

Who you are

• 2 plus years as an EA, PA, or Founder's Office associate reporting straight to a Founder, CEO, MD or C-level. Verifiable.

• You have booked international travel for an executive yourself in the last 12 months. Flights, hotels, visas, transfers.

• Native-level written English and fluent Hindi. You draft sharp, brief, and in my voice. Bring a writing sample to the interview.

• Calm, mature, discreet. You will have access to my phone, family, finances, and confidential business. NDA on day one. Pressure does not turn you into drama.

• Based in Prayagraj or willing to relocate within two weeks at your own cost. Bachelor's degree.

How you think

You bring me three options and your recommendation, not open questions. You spot fires 48 hours out. When something breaks, you fix it and brief me after. When ten things break at once, you stay calm. You think in systems and SOPs, not one-off task lists.

Bonus points: hospitality or luxury-travel background, Marriott Bonvoy familiarity, Keka HRMS exposure, or time spent working across multiple businesses, family offices, or D2 C and FMCG founders.

Compensation

• INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, plus a performance bonus on top

• INR 50,000 bonus on completing one year

• Travel allowance, phone and internet reimbursement, a laptop, food provided, leave encashment

• Direct mentorship from me, and exposure to FMCG, quick commerce, solar and hospitality in a single role
