Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy and/or Business Studies for Grades XI–XII (CBSE). Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, application, and problem-solving. Design assessments, assignments, and activities that build analytical and critical thinking skills. Support students with academic guidance, doubt-solving, and exam readiness strategies. Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

B. Ed degree is mandatory. Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Accountancy/Business Studies for senior secondary (CBSE preferred). Strong subject knowledge with the ability to simplify complex financial and business concepts. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching with a student-first mindset. Familiarity with digital tools and modern teaching methodologies.
