Hiring: Manager (Contract) – Utilities / Power & Energy Consulting

Work Model: Primarily onsite at the client location in Delhi NCR , with occasional travel to plant locations as required.

Contract Duration: 2–6 Months (Full-Time) potential of extention

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consulting workstreams and manage project execution alongside senior consulting leadership.
• Deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives within the Power, Energy, and Utilities sector.
• Engage with client stakeholders to define problems, develop solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and business case development.
• Support engagements across areas such as:
• Renewable Energy
• Energy Transition
• Sustainability & Climate Risk
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Operating Model Transformation
• Cost Optimization
• Capital Project Acceleration
• Health & Safety Improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

✔ B.E./B.Tech with MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute.

✔ 7–10 years of total management consulting experience.

✔ Minimum 7 years in consulting.

✔ At least 4 years of consulting experience in the Power / Energy / Utilities sector.

✔ Minimum 1 year of consulting experience with Central Government, State Government, or PSU clients.

✔ Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
