Role: Lead - F&B Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage end-to-end F&B operations of at our Dahej / Vadodara / Hazira site. The role requires delivering hotel-like standards F&B services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete F&B operations – menu planning, food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Manage budgets, drive cost optimization, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Ensure excellent guest experience for senior leadership and visiting stakeholders
• Manage and supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams
• Handle vendor management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring
• Drive operational efficiency without compromising service quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory norms

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10-15 years of experience in hotel operations / hospitality / F&B management
• Proven experience in managing hotels/canteens/cafeteria
• Strong exposure to F&B operations
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multiple facilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and service orientation

Preferred:

• Experience with premium hotels or large hospitality brands
• Prior experience managing multiple properties or campus-style hospitality setups
