This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive experience for prospective residents and their families. General Purpose/Summary Statement The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in supporting community occupancy budget goals by coordinating an exceptional move-in experience, supporting relationship-based sales efforts, and serving as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and internal departments. This position ensures operational excellence in move-ins while assisting the sales team in tours, CRM management, and community marketing activities.
