WHAT YOU COULD BE DOINGRooming patients, obtaining vitals, and preparing patients for examinationsAssisting physicians and clinical staff with procedures and patient careAdministering injections and performing clinical tasks within your training and authorized scopeCollecting specimens and assisting with laboratory proceduresMaintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)Coordinating patient care, follow-ups, and referralsSupporting daily clinic operations and keeping things running smoothlyProviding the kind of patient experience that makes a differenceResponsibilities vary depending on the clinic and specialty.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORCertified Medical Assistants (CMA) or candidates with comparable medical assisting credentialsPrevious clinical experience preferredStrong patient care and communication skillsExperience with EMR/EHR systemsDependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitudeSomeone who can stay organized in a busy clinical environment without losing their sense of humor!
