Based in Savannah, GA (Hybrid), you’ll partner with internal teams, vendors, and system users to troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, support implementations, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations across a multi-location retail environment.
What you’ll doSupport, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications, hardware, networks, and user accountsDiagnose and resolve software, database, network, and system issuesPartner with vendors during outages, upgrades, malfunctions, and application updatesUse business-process analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and implement practical solutionsMonitor application performance, maintain documentation and logs, and support testingTrain users on system functionality and security best practicesParticipate in project teams, change management, and business continuity/disaster recovery activities
What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skillsExperience with SQL and relational database technologyFamiliarity with software development processes, Windows, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively, xzbcwsv prioritize effectively, and solve problems through to resolutionFlexibility to support occasional night/weekend coverage and periodic travel to distribution centers
