• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Compliance Policies and MDM.
• Expert knowledge of Jamf Pro administration and macOS endpoint management.
• Advanced desktop management experience including SCCM/MECM, OS deployment and patch management.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
• ITIL process knowledge and strong communication skills.
