Co-Founder – Convenience Complete Nutrition

About the Role We are building a new-age food and nutrition company in India focused on Convenience Total Nutrition, across categories such as nutrition bars, oats, muesli and other convenient nutrition products. We are looking for a Business Co-Founder / Founding Team Member with strong FMCG or consumer-business experience to help build and scale the company. This is a business-building role, not a Food Technologist / R&D role. What You'll Work On Shape business strategy and growth Build go-to-market, sales and distribution Develop supplier and manufacturing partnerships Drive sourcing, pricing and unit economics Build scalable operations and supply chain Identify new products and market opportunities Help build the company from zero to one Who We're Looking For Experience in one or more of: FMCG / Consumer Goods Food & Beverage businesses Sales and distribution Business development Category management Supply chain / operations Consumer-brand building Early-stage businesses Ideal Co-Founder Strong understanding of the FMCG business Commercial and execution-oriented mindset Comfortable working across strategy, sales and operations Strong ownership and problem-solving ability Genuine interest in building a consumer food company long term Structure Co-Founder / Founding Team Member Equity or non-equity structure can be discussed Based on experience, commitment and fit
