Job Description Serve as a Superintendent supporting active construction projects throughout the Raleigh region. Partner with project leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Assist with day-to-day site operations, coordination of subcontractors, and quality control initiatives. Lead field activities on CMAR, Design-Build, and General Contracting projects. Support K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Civic, and Commercial construction projects. Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and communication with stakeholders. Step into a lead role when necessary and confidently manage project execution from the field. Collaborate closely with project teams to drive successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent. Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Background in one or more of the following sectors: K-12 Education Higher Education Municipal/Civic Commercial Construction Experience with: Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Design-Build delivery methods General Contracting environments Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety. Capable of operating independently while collaborating effectively with project teams. Must be willing to work on-site full-time. Must live in the Raleigh area or be open to relocation.
