About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Head to drive insurance claims business and

expand our garage network across the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships

with insurance partners, managing regional teams, increasing claims diversion, and ensuring sustainable

business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Business Development

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, surveyors, brokers, and

other stakeholders.

 Drive insurance claim diversion and maximize claim inflow from the assigned zone.

 Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.

 Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth claim processing.

Network Development

 Expand and strengthen the garage network across the assigned territory.

 Identify, onboard, and manage quality workshop partners.

 Ensure network partners meet company standards and service requirements.

 Improve network coverage and operational efficiency.

Team Management

 Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams.

 Monitor team performance and productivity.

 Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Business Growth & Operations

 Drive revenue growth and profitability within the assigned zone.

 Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

 Implement strategies to improve business performance.

 Ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

o Motor Insurance

o Banking

o Networking

o Claims Management

o Business Development
