Salary: ₹20,000 + KPI Incentives

Key Responsibilities Support sales target achievement and team coordination. Assist in product and sales training activities. Conduct market visits and support retail/store operations. Execute retail branding and marketing activities. Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches. Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in presentations, hosting, and public speaking. Leadership mindset with a willingness to learn. Ability to engage effectively with teams and retailers. Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented. Willingness to travel and work across Tamil Nadu. Career Opportunity
