Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. collections laws and regulations , including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention.
• Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish voice / Spanish-speaking processes — mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills .
• B2 level or above Spanish language certification — mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a process-driven environment.
