The role is focused on:

• Supporting delivery of site priorities through program coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.
• Partnering with site leadership, councils, and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of site initiatives, governance processes, and colleague experience objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of site programs, initiatives, and events .
• Maintain governance forums, dashboards, action trackers, and management reporting .
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate activities across councils and functional teams.
• Support tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities .
• Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and operational planning .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support adoption of new ways of working across the site.

Experience & Skills

The role seeks someone with:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, operations, governance, or business management.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing leadership reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution and delivery.
