We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting international clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor support requests, document issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day support operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track, document, and manage support tickets until closure.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and effective communication.
• Contribute to improving support processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical understanding of websites, software applications, or digital products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience in customer support, BPO, IT, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST).
• Must be able to work from the Vadodara office.
• Comfortable interacting with international clients.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
