POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
This position manages front office operations and supports day-to-day administrative and facility activities
in the factory premises. This role requires coordination with a diverse group including vendors, visitors,
employees and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth employee service, office operations and
workplace management. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified
workload, recommending changes in office practices or procedures.

• Front desk operations
• Stationery stock maintenance and tracking
• Event management
• Facility upkeep and maintenance
• Security management
• Visitor management
• Canteen and food service management
• Housekeeping management
• Transport management
• Employee onboarding support
• Support employee welfare activities
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point specifically)
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Customer-service oriented personality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Education & Experience
• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in administration, front office or facility coordination
• Experience in office management, administration and computer applications is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
