Job Description

VehicleCare is an automotive technology and services company focused on providing efficient vehicle servicing, repair, inspection, and claims-related solutions through a wide network of workshops. We work with corporate clients, insurance partners, fleet operators, and other B2B customers to deliver quality automotive services with strong operational control.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Workshop Management – B2B professional who will be responsible for managing day-to-day workshop operations for B2B business, ensuring timely vehicle servicing, quality control, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination between workshops, customers, insurance partners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automobile workshop operations, service processes, team coordination, vendor management, job card management, billing, and customer handling .

Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop Operations

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of assigned workshops.
  • Ensure vehicles are received, inspected, repaired, serviced, and delivered within defined TAT.
  • Monitor job cards, repair estimates, approvals, parts availability, and vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

2. B2B Customer Management

  • Coordinate with corporate clients, fleet operators, insurance companies, and other B2B customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of operational concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key B2B accounts and workshop partners.
  • Handle escalations related to delays, repair quality, billing, and vehicle delivery.

3. Workshop & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with workshop partners and ensure service quality and process compliance.
  • Monitor workshop performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Conduct regular workshop visits and operational audits.
  • Identify suitable workshops and support onboarding of new workshop partners when required. .

4. Quality & TAT Management

  • Monitor repair quality and ensure vehicles are delivered as per required standards.
  • Track turnaround time (TAT) and identify reasons for delays.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure repeat complaints are minimized.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action.

5. Billing & Commercial Coordination

  • Verify repair estimates, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams for timely billing and payment processing.
  • Ensure billing is accurate and aligned with agreed commercial terms.
  • Monitor cost control and identify opportunities to improve workshop profitability.

  • Workshop TAT and timely vehicle delivery
  • Workshop productivity and utilization
  • Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
  • Repair quality and reduction in repeat complaints
  • Cost control and profitability
  • Workshop partner performance
  • B2B customer retention and satisfaction
  • Accuracy and timely closure of job cards and billing

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of automobile workshop operations.
  • Good understanding of vehicle repair and servicing processes.
  • Experience in B2B automotive operations will be preferred.
  • Strong vendor/workshop management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple workshops and stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict TAT.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

  • Automobile workshops
