Our close-knit law firm is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to join our Veteran’s Disability Benefits department. We value individuals who can work independently while being effective team players. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow with us and can adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.Position Details:Job Title: VA Disability Intake SpecialistLocation: 100% RemoteSchedule: Full TimePay: $17 (1099)Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiriesExplain the intake process clearly and compassionately to veterans and their familiesMaintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with all leadsCollaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case handlingUphold client confidentiality and comply with all firm protocols and applicable regulationsQualifications:Prior experience in a legal, medical, or customer service settingFamiliarity xzbcwsv with VA disability benefits or a background working with veterans (a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyProficiency with case management systems and basic office software
