Job Description – Treasury
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with banks and coordinate all banking operations.
Handle foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging contracts.
Monitor foreign currency exposures and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal fund utilization.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
Negotiate banking facilities, including loans, credit limits, and other financial arrangements.
Process and oversee domestic and international payment transactions.
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor interest rate movements and optimize the investment of surplus funds.
Track and monitor compliance with financial covenants in line with the organization's financial performance.
Prepare periodic treasury reports and management MIS.
Manage accounts receivable collections and monitor outstanding receivables.
Prepare periodic unaudited financial statements and financial projections to support loan enhancement and banking requirements.
Qualifications
B. Com with MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
CA Semi-Qualified.
Experience
B. Com + MBA: 5–9 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.
CA Semi-Qualified: 3–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.
Required Skills
Sound knowledge of treasury operations , banking products, cash flow management, and foreign exchange, hedging, loan facilitation & negotiation with bankers.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point, Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Focus ERP, SAP, or Oracle Net Suite.
