We're looking for a motivated, career-driven Junior Operations Management Trainee to build expertise in sales, marketing, and business operations through structured training and hands-on experience alongside experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns Participate in training on sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership Support day-to-day business operations and project coordination Conduct market research and analyze industry trends Collaborate on client acquisition and business development Gradually take on team coordination and project responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable working independently and in a team
