Event Producer

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Events Program Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of live events. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid productions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in live event production, show calling, AV operations, and program management. While technical AV knowledge is important, this role primarily focuses on operational coordination, vendor management, and delivering high-quality event experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee live events from pre-production through execution and post-production.Develop run-of-show documents, production schedules, and event plans.Serve as the show caller, managing production cues, transitions, and real-time event execution.Coordinate AV technicians, production crews, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Manage vendor relationships, equipment rentals, and stage crews.Facilitate and monitor live events, audiovisual meetings, and livestreams.Route work across technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Support post-production activities, including editing, distribution, cataloging, and archiving.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance event operations.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
QualificationsExperience in live event production, audiovisual operations, or event program management.Experience with show calling, run-of-show development, and live production coordination.Working knowledge of AV systems, streaming platforms, and live event technology.Experience managing vendors, production crews, and technical teams.Understanding of AV equipment, cabling infrastructure, and production systems.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple events, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate teams in fast-paced production environments.Experience supporting in-person, virtual, and hybrid live events.
