Financial Accountant

<p><strong>Role Overview </strong> </p><p>We are looking for a hands-on Finance professional with <strong>2–3 years of startup experience </strong>, who has exposure to <strong>fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances </strong>. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables </li><li>Documentation related to domestic &amp; foreign investments </li><li>Supporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirements </li><li>Coordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants </li><li>Handling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliances </li><li>Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting </li><li>Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis </li><li>Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Must-Have Skills &amp; Experience </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>2–3 years of relevant finance experience in a startup </strong> </li><li>Exposure to investment / fund-raising documentation, and FEMA &amp; foreign investment regulations is a plus. </li><li>Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC &amp; payroll compliances </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong> </p><ul><li>CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com </li><li>Experience in VC/PE-backed startups is a plus </li> </ul><p><br /></p>
