In this role, you'll oversee large-scale capital projects from concept to completion, serving as the owner's representative and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
The Role:Manage and oversee all aspects of capital projects across a diverse portfolio - schools, municipal buildings, and commercial facilitiesServe as owner's rep, building strong relationships with clients across project sitesCommunicate project updates clearly to clients, leadership, and internal teamsPrepare for and participate in monthly project review meetingsOwn project financials - budgeting, forecasting, revenue, cash flow, and subcontractor billingsOversee contracts, project plans, purchase orders, and extra work authorizationsManage closeout packages and other critical project documentationImplement project controls, quality management processes, and health & safety plansSupport business development by preparing proposals and identifying growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience/licensure)10+ years of industry experienceA diverse project background - experience across different project types and sectors, ideally from a consulting environmentStrong client relationship management skills and the ability to interpret contract requirementsProven ability to manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision a plus
