Role Description
The Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for:
Driving sales of security services by identifying new business opportunities
Meeting prospective clients and presenting tailored security solutions

Day-to-day responsibilities include
Lead Generation
Managing the sales pipeline
Preparing proposals
Negotiating contracts
Achieving revenue targets

The role also involves tracking market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing regular sales performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications
Strong skills in sales development
1–2 years of experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries
Proficiency in basic business tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and security services will be considered.
