Our client, a fast-growing, well-funded Fintech is hiring a qualified Company Secretary in Mumbai who is working on mutual fund compliances.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience and is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead the compliance function, with a key focus on Mutual Fund Distribution (MFD) compliance , including AMFI/ARN, SEBI requirements, regulatory filings, audits, policies and suitability/mis-selling safeguards, along with supporting RBI-related compliance for the company’s payments business.

Qualified CS from ICSI is mandatory , with direct hands-on MFD compliance experience being a core requirement. Experience with a wealth management firm, mutual fund platform, wealth-tech, bank/NBFC or fintech is preferred.
