Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing (Nonunion)

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.Lead employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.Develop talent management and succession planning strategies.Coach leaders and supervisors to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.Promote a positive, performance-driven culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of HR practices and federal and state employment laws.Proven ability to influence leadership, drive organizational change, and deliver results.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.SHRM certification is a plus.
