We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting, financial planning, cost accounting, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to provide strategic insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, and month-end close.Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and financial reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis.Oversee job costing, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.Manage audits, internal controls, tax filings, and lender/investor reporting.Present financial performance, KPIs, and insights to executive leadership and the Board.Improve financial systems, processes, and ERP capabilities.Oversee HR administration, payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including controllership and FP&A.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, job costing, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.Manufacturing industry experience preferred.Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience. xzbcwsv Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
