Direct exposure to the Controller and CFO in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Hands-on experience across full cycle accounting Opportunity to grow responsibilities as the business continues to scale Responsibilities include: Support daily accounting operations, including billing and invoice processing Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations Process advisor billing information and support accurate fee payments Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks Support special projects and process improvement initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Accounting internship, relevant work experience, or accounting coursework preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Intermediate Excel skills preferred QuickBooks experience is a plus Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale, Arizona To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
