Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide school-based behavioral services in Calvert County, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with educators, families, and related service professionals.
Calvert County Public Schools offers a variety of specialized programs, including Behavior Development Programs, Structured Learning Environments, and Intensive Structured Learning Environments, providing BCBAs with the opportunity to support students with a wide range of behavioral and developmental needs.
As a BCBA with Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you will:Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plansConduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student dataProvide consultation and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teamsCollaborate with families and multidisciplinary teamsMonitor student progress and adjust interventions based on dataHelp school teams implement positive, evidence-based behavioral strategiesSupport students in achieving their academic, social, and behavioral goals

Qualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationSchool-based experience is preferred but not required
