Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Editor to oversee end-to-end content creation—from concept development and production planning to post-production editing. The role requires strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadline

Key Responsibilities

Production Responsibilities

Conceptualize, plan, and execute video/content projects aligned with editorial and brand objectives Develop story outlines, scripts, and production schedules Manage shoots (studio and field), including logistics, locations, and permissions Ensure content quality, accuracy, and adherence to editorial guidelines

Editing & Post-Production Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into compelling final content Maintain narrative flow, pacing, sound balance, and visual continuity Add graphics, captions, tickers, voiceovers, music, and visual effects as required Review and revise edits based on editorial

Content & Quality Control

Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and ethical guidelines Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity Archive and manage footage efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong storytelling and editorial judgment Proficiency in video editing software Good understanding of camera work, lighting, sound, and framing Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Strong communication and team coordination skills Creative mindset with attention to details

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Film & Television Production, or a related field.
