Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detailed-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is someone looking to continue to grow their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions. You'll be working directly with executing campaigns, creating content, events and trade shows, and working closely with customers and clients facing teams. The role will mainly focus on what's known as the Demand Generation are of Marketing, handling all aspects of trade shows and events whilst generating and growing the Frazier brand.Key Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of start-to-finish trade show and eventsWorking directly with wider Marketing and Business Units to attract new business and grow Frazier's brand interestDevelopment and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email)Coordinate and schedule social media posts across various platformsCreate marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and presentationsUpdate client collateral and create new communicationsEvent planning and direct support for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional eventsMarket research and competitor analysisTrack and report business KPIsAssists with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills5 years of experience in a related positionFamiliarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, xzbcwsv etc.)Strong understanding of marketing principals and digital marketing toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detailWillingness to learn and take initiativeExperience with CRM, Salesforce a plus
Preferred (but not required):Multilingual - Spanish, FrenchFull-time: Salary 70,000-90,000 (dependent on experience level)
