What You'll Be Doing As Accounts Payable SpecialistManage full cycle accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment processingProcess a high volume of invoices accurately and efficientlyReview invoices, verify approvals, and ensure proper general ledger codingPerform invoice matching and research discrepanciesPrepare and process vendor payments, including ACH and checksReconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balancesRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive working relationshipsAssist with month end close and AP reporting as neededSupport the accounting team with additional projects and daily responsibilities
What You Bring As Accounts Payable SpecialistPrevious experience handling full cycle, high volume accounts payableStrong understanding of invoice processing, payment procedures, and vendor reconciliationsExperience working with accounting software or ERP systemsGood Excel skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage a large workload while meeting deadlinesFriendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever neededStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyAvailable to start quickly and commit to a temporary assignment
