The Opportunity
A leading investment firm is seeking an AI Associate to drive AI adoption across the business. This is a newly created role with significant ownership and exposure to senior leadership, focused on delivering practical AI solutions that improve efficiency and automate key workflows (internal product build focus).
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building solutions and driving adoption across investment, operations and corporate teams.
Responsibilities:Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use casesAssess workflows and uncover automation opportunitiesBuild and deploy AI-powered tools and processesPartner with business stakeholders to drive adoptionMeasure impact and continuously improve solutionsSupport the firm's broader AI strategy
Requirements:3-5 years' experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting or operationsHands-on experience building AI workflows and automationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to translate business challenges into practical solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, whilst also working autonomously.Technology - Experience with platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar.Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
